KATIE MULLINS, CNP
Founder
Katie Mullins, CNP, is the dedicated founder and owner of Thrive Aesthetics. Drawing upon her 13 years of invaluable nursing experience, a master's degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, and a current position in the emergency department as a Nurse Practitioner. With a genuine passion for emergency medicine and the well-being of her patients, Katie decided to extend her healing touch beyond the hospital setting by opening her own spa. Committed to expanding her skill set, she became a certified injector, ensuring her clients receive top-notch care. When she is not busy enhancing the lives of her clients, Katie cherishes quality time with her family, enjoys running, and immerses herself in the world of books.
DR. CRAIG O’SULLIVAN
Medical Director
He is a board-certified family physician with over 30 years of clinical experience and serves as Medical Director, providing medical oversight and clinical guidance for aesthetic services. He has been board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1991 and has held continuous active medical licensure in Ohio throughout his career. Dr. O’Sullivan brings decades of leadership experience as a founder, practice owner, and Medical Director within large healthcare systems and independent practices. His background includes full-scope outpatient family medicine, physician and provider oversight, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality management.
He is currently expanding his focus into aesthetic medicine and is completing structured education and hands-on training in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser-based technologies. Dr. O’Sullivan is committed to ensuring safe, thoughtful, and high-quality aesthetic care through strong medical oversight and patient-centered standards.
